A. Felicity Darville is an award-winning Bahamian journalist, trusted news anchor, communications professional and media entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in journalism, broadcasting, public relations and strategic communications. Recognized as a noted historical journalist, she has documented defining moments in Bahamian history and built a respected career grounded in credible, people-centered storytelling.

Throughout her career, Felicity has covered several General Elections, Parliamentary proceedings and major national events. Her extensive court reporting includes coverage of the Magistrates’ Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal—the highest court situated in The Bahamas—as well as court proceedings in United States jurisdictions. She has served in senior editorial, news management and broadcasting roles at prominent Bahamian media organizations, including ZNS, Love 97FM, More 94FM, The Tribune Newspaper, Star 106.5FM and Gems 105.9FM.

Felicity is the Founder and CEO of True Vision Media Group and Bahamas Community News, platforms committed to “Getting Good News in the News” and using media to advance humanitarianism, sustainable development and meaningful social change. She also serves as a Senior Communications Officer with the Government of The Bahamas.

Her honours include the Icon of the Year Award in Media Advocacy from the Disability Affairs Division; recognition for excellence in health reporting from PAHO/WHO; the Bahamas National Breastfeeding Association’s Media Advocacy Award; Friends of the University of The West Indies Global Campus Bahamas for Excellence in Promotions; and two E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival awards for Storytelling and Poetry.

Felicity has pursued professional studies in business law, sustainable development, aquaculture, nature tourism and hypnotherapy. Her work continues to reflect her belief in the power of responsible journalism to inform, uplift and connect communities.

She is a wife and mother, an artisan, poet, director, and actress.
